Notice
Henry Mason

*If you need any clarification of the following don't hesitate to ask me about it.
Main Notice:
My main objective is to figure out why certain employees, supervisors, and managers are engaging in certain behaviors such as random chuckling, snickers, etc.
I've also witnessed fake, forced laughter.
I would like to make something clear, and this part is very important, should this continue I will be making note of who I believe is involved and eventually retaliate in kind. We can skip all of that and get straight to roasting each other.
About Me
My name is Henry Mason. I routinely come to this store to shop and deliver items for customers. I am not looking to create any problems, I'm just here to do my job. I have no interest in anything else. I don't have issues with anyone's religion, race, sexuality, etc.
Why you're receiving this notice
My goal is to facilitate communication. It's easy to weed out lies and liars when there is open communication.
I've been dealing with corporate harassment. It's a passive aggressive way of attacking someone. Throwing rocks hiding hands is how I would describe it. Using others as instigators, the intention is to create artificial problems and issues between people. The goal is to get someone to respond in a way to make them look unstable or an aggressor.
Some of your coworkers including management may be involved. The best way to describe their behavior is "trolling". They attempt to bait and provoke an argument or reaction.
What I'm trying to accomplish
I don't want it to look like I'm picking on someone at random. This is the purpose of this notice. I don't want to guess if someone has an issue or wants a problem. I need it to be made known.
If I was to go around the store and irritate you while you're working for example, while making comments about your physical appearance, I would be looked at as being in the wrong. It works both ways. I've tried to relay to management that this is exactly what I will be doing if the behavior continues.
If you take this as an invitation to confrontation, I'm open to that. Be direct, I don't want to guess. We can roast each other but let me know that's what it is.
If you see someone that wants to instigate it would be in your best interest to intervene because I might not be able to differentiate who it's coming from.
Before I retaliate in any way, I want to be sure everyone knows what is going on. It doesn't seem like your management has been relaying information so I am attempting to do it myself. When information doesn't come from the source the narrative gets changed.
I'm looking for a resolution, I'm not trying to create enemies. I'm attempting to find out who the instigators are.
Like I stated earlier, I don't want to guess if someone has an issue or wants a problem. I need it to be made known. I'm not looking for a problem but, if you want one then I want one. Don't call for attention and then hang up. Please don't be passive aggressive.
If there is someone that has an issue with me please encourage them to speak to me about it directly.
If you know someone that is trying to instigate please notify me. You can notify a manager but, there is no guarantee it will get back to me or that anything will be done to rectify the situation.
Don't assume that your manager or supervisor isn't involved.
Again, my goal is to facilitate communication. It's easy to weed out lies and liars when there is open communication.
I'm not privy to conversation with your management or employees, don't assume I know anything, or someone spoke with me about anything in particular.
I don't know anyone on a personal level and I shouldn't have any issues with anyone. If someone has an issue with something I've said or done I am unaware of it. It's very likely a lie.
I shouldn't have any enemies here. I don't know anyone here on a personal level.
If anyone is claiming to know me on a personal level they are outright lying.
Why you should care
Assuming you aren't involved in this, you don't want these types of co-workers around. I would begin taking steps to protect myself. I haven't seen a workplace where everyone gets along. Some people can feel slighted for anything, and they turn their antagonism toward you.
Don't assume that your manager, supervisor, or security isn't involved.
I'm always open to communicating. If anyone has told you not to speak with me please let me know.
Don't allow yourself to be set up or involved in these activities in any way.
How to recognize it
Pay attention to your work environment when I'm there and when I'm not there.
Is someone always walking up to you to start a random conversation or joke around?
Do they force a weird laugh when something isn't funny?
Are employees off the clock showing up? What are they doing while I'm there?
Are former employees showing up? What are they doing while I'm there?
Spanish Speakers
I understand some people may not speak English very well. If you can speak English, I'm asking that you do so when I'm around. I'm not a Spanish speaker so I'm going to take it the wrong way in light of recent events.
FAQs
Why would they want to bother you?
I'm not a psychologist. I don't know why people would involve themselves into something like this.
Why would they be laughing?
Your guess is as good as mine. I'm doing my best to solve this.
Why hasn't management told me about this situation?
Companies want to avoid legal liability. From what I've read companies will usually deny, feign ignorance, or try to create a false narrative to avoid accountability.
Even if you are not the target of the harassment, if you witness it and it makes you uncomfortable in any way your employer can be held liable.
According to the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), a workplace has the responsibility to provide a healthy environment for employees, meaning it must be free from harassment and discrimination based on factors like race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information, ensuring all employees can work without fear of being treated unfairly due to these protected characteristics.
